convenient parking friendly staff lovely vibe
the location was excellent and the parking proved very convenient. the hotel ambience was very good and the staff seemed friendly. the hotel had a lovely vibe in the evening. breakfast included a good selection to suit most tastes.
the room felt a tad claustrophobic as it was small. too many things crammed the room making it feel smaller. the bathroom was tiny.

amazing stay!
central location easy access great food
I love its central location. it was easy to visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre because it was so close. the rooms matched my expectations. Thats super important to me. the food was stellar, similar to what i usually find in the uk.
during my stay, i did find the bar service needed improvement. it would be nice to have a more clear policy for ordering drinks. also, the bar closing time wasnt announced, its a small thing, but important.

Location is perfect. It really places you near everything you want to see and do. the nearby Royal Shakespeare Theatre provided ample parking right out back. you can walk everywhere!

Acceptable Stay, but Breakfast Needs Improvement
frozen croissants limited choices
The location was GREAT. It was central and close to all the sights.
The breakfast experience was the most disappointing aspect. The staff seemed busy. The £20 breakfast included tiny frozen croissants, one sausage, no beans, and no hash browns, which did not justify the cost.

The hotel was in the city center! It was really handy for getting around. The room had good facilities and was very clean.
The breakfast service was quite slow. I also thought the bar area needed a better atmosphere. It seemed a bit dull.

i found the location very convenient. the royal shakespeare theatre had easy access. parking was ample. the rooms met my expectations.
I thought the room was a tad claustrophobic. it felt small, as it had too many things crammed in. the bathroom was tiny. The shower was lovely, but not in the pokey bath.
